Man Pleads Guilty to Burglary & Arson in Schuyler County

According to the Schuyler County District Attorney's Office, 46-year-old Zane M. Seubert pleaded guilty on May 9th in Schuyler County Court to third-degree burglary and fourth-degree arson.
