Man nabbed for slitting Nasarawa okada rider's throat

The Nasarawa State Police Command has arrested one Ibrahim Isiaka for allegedly slitting the throat of a commercial motorcyclist and snatching his motorcycle in the Karu Local Government Area of the state.
