Man Kills 2-Year-Old, Stuffs Her Inside Backpack, Arrested: Noida Police

The Noida Police on Tuesday said they have arrested a man who is accused of killing his neighbour's two-year-old daughter whose body was found stuffed in a backpack hung behind a door at his rented accommodation.
