Man killed, 45-year-old man arrested after argument that led to shooting in Phoenix

A man was killed and a 45-year-old man was arrested following a shooting near 17th and Missouri Avenues Friday afternoon, Phoenix police said.
Officers responded to the scene around 4 p.m. and found a man who had been shot. Phoenix Fire Department personnel took the man to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead, police spokeswoman Sgt. Mercedes Fortune said.
The two men were arguing just before the shooting, Fortune said.
