Man guilty of making meth with child present

Joshua Adam Barnett, 48, of 2925 Imoden Road, Appalachia, Virginia, pleaded guilty at the Orangeburg County Courthouse to first-offense unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine in the presence of a minor child and unlawful neglect of a child.
