Man found in road after altercation

A Jacksonville man was treated after being found injured in the road about 3 a.m. Tuesday.
The 28-year-old man suffered minor injuries in some sort of altercation and was in the first block of Westfair Drive, according to a police report.
Jacksonville Police Lt. David Langdon said details of the altercation are unclear at the time. The injuries were not considered life-threatening.
The man was being treated at Passavant Area Hospital.
