Man found guilty of sexually assaulting college student on spring break, could get 135 years in prison

Justin Dalcollo kidnapped the college student at the Bloomingdale Court Mall, forced her to drive around, assaulted her, then had her leave him at the Elgin train station. He was arrested the next day.
