Man fatally shot in west Harris County; 'Secure the Building' mode lifted for 3 Cypress-Fairbanks ISD schools

A man was shot and killed in west Harris County Tuesday, prompting multiple Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District campuses to go into “Secure the Building” mode, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said.
