iPhones are TOUGH! Fella drops it out of a plane, it lands on the beach and still works!
Ernesto Galiotto shared the video with NDTV.COM that shows the moment he dropped his phone from almost a thousand feet.
Ernesto said "In 15 seconds, it hit the ground. It was about 200 meters from the water, it fell with the screen down and kept filming for an hour and a half. I think the sun recharged it, because when we arrived to recover the phone, it still had 16% charge"
My luck isn't quite as good as Ernie's. Dropped mine in an airplane toilet once. I retrieved it & only thing I got out of it was a blue hand, a dead iPhone and a tetanus shot.
