Man claiming COVID infection intentionally coughs on police
Thunder Bay Police say the man has been arrested and faces multiple charges, including four counts of common nuisance, endangering life.

THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay Police have charged a man with four counts of common nuisance -- endangering life after a they say the accused claimed to be infected with COVID-19 and coughing toward police officers and other first responders.
Police say Thunder Bay Fire Rescue and Superior North EMS officers were first on scene, responding to reports of a man in distress, just after 7 p.m. on Monday night.
