JEFFERSONVILLE — Troopers from the Vermont State Police Williston barracks responded to a theft report at the Aubuchon Hardware store on Jan. 24 at 2:48 p.m. During the investigation, surveillance footage showed Jesse Miller, 34, of Waterville, allegedly stealing a DeWalt 6 AH battery.
