Man charged with murder in apparent stabbing homicide in Philippi, West Virginia

PHILIPPI, W.Va. (WV News) — A man has been charged with first-degree murder in a Barbour County homicide, according to Barbour Prosecutor Drew Phillips and Philippi Police Chief S.A. Miller.
