Man charged in Feb. 1 crash that killed Karimy Liwis

An auto was run off the road on Route 2A by the Apra Mobil in Santa Rita.
Liwis was transported to Naval Hospital Guam, where she was pronounced dead by attending physicians. A 24-year-old man was also transported to Guam Memorial Hospital for treatment and was later discharged.
Family members have said Liwis went to pick up Ludwig from work the night of the accident and Ludwig had driven them home and he fell asleep. Liwis and Ludwig were married, according to the family. 
Ludwig was charged with:
negligent homicide as a third-degree felony;
