A man is under arrest in connection with a deadly hit-and-run. San Antonio police say Miguel Barbosa hit and killed a 15-year-old last night on Medina Base near Moon Valley and refused to stop. The 38-year-old's vehicle was discovered in a parking lot a short time later. Barbosa is accused of failure to stop and render air and a bond violation.
