LIBERTY — A man was arrested Saturday night after a domestic call turned into a standoff, according to police.
A report from the Trumbull County 911 Center states a woman in the 1100 block of Mansell Drive called her father around 9 p.m. and asked him to call police after her husband started a verbal argument with her. The father told dispatchers there were two children in the home.
The woman’s husband at first refused to come out so troopers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol blocked off the street. The man came out after about an hour, the report states.
