Man acquitted by insanity in 2013 cop shooting admits torching Prince William Co. therapist's home

Kashif Bashir was found not guilty by reason of insanity in the 2013 shooting and wounding of an Alexandria police officer and has pleaded guilty to arson in Prince William County after setting fire to his therapist’s home.
