Cody Czichos, 31, threatened to kill Nicole Gallegos before gashing her multiple times with a knife and knocking out several of her teeth in January, according to police. Czichos is also accused of slapping the other woman — Nicole’s mother, Carol Gallegos — in the face and punching her in the side.
