Man, 56, who kept a vulnerable victim in a horse box and a 6ft shed is spared prison sentence

Peter Swailes Junior, 56, from Carlisle, Cumbria, received a suspended jail sentence after he admitted conspiring with his 80-year-old father Peter Swailes Senior to financially exploit the man.
