Man, 36, charged with murder after confessing to killing his mother, 72, and dismembering her body

Family members say they went to the home of Lucila Barnes, 72, sometime on Wednesday because they hadn't heard from her since Tuesday. They were greeted by her son Robert, who was holding a rifle.
