Man, 20, pleads no contest to February 2022 murder in Vallejo, faces sentencing

Kaulana K. Aalona entered his plea Tuesday in Department 11 and faces 25 years to life when sentenced at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 12 in the Justice Center in Fairfield.
