The authority’s plans will see the council’s precept rise by £4.95 a year – an extra 9.5p on a Band D property week.
ELDC remains one of the lowest rates in the county and its precept makes up 8% of the overall bill, with the rest going to town councils, Lincolnshire County Council, and Police and Crime Commissioner Marc Jones.
