Male law professor can't sue DU for gender discrimination, judge rules

David Schott, a law professor, sued the University of Denver more than two-and-a-half years ago, in June 2021. He accused DU of discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title IX, a federal law that prohibits favoritism on the basis of sex.
