Christopher's siblings include actor Danny Masterson who last June was arrested and charged with three counts of rape and could spend 45 years in jail if convicted.
He is out on $3.3 million bail, has pleaded not guilty to the charges and according to the New York Daily News will hear testimony in court on May 18.
