Majority of tenants in Mark Twain Hotel allowed back following burst pipe

Late Tuesday night, the City of St. Louis said the vast majority of residents in the Mark Twain Hotel were cleared to go home, after a burst pipe early Tuesday morning prompted an evacuation.
