Major incident declared as huge fire in Liverpool four-storey building could cause it to collapse as hundreds of people are evacuated from their homes with smoke seen over Everton's FA Cup tie against Luton Town

The building is said to be 'showing signs of collapse' after firefighters arrived to find a four-storey building measuring 100 metres by 50 metres 'well alight'.
