Two summoned following accident
ELLSWORTH — The Maine State Police charged a Blue Hill man who allegedly made an evasive turn after seeing a trooper at an accident scene on Western County Road in Penobscot Saturday.
Cpl. Dan Ryan summoned Timothy Gundersen, 40, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant.
Ryan also summoned a young Castine man in connection with the Penobscot accident.
Jacob Ripton, 18, was charged with failure to report an accident by quickest means.
