The Enforcement Directorate summoned former TMC MP Mahua Moitra for questioning on February 19 in a case related to violations of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). Moitra is also under investigation by the CBI for alleged misconduct, initiated based on a referral from the Lokpal.
