Maharashtra's Lok Sabha elections will be held on May 7 with 258 candidates in 11 constituencies. The third phase will feature a high-octane contest between Supriya Sule of the NCP and her sister-in-law Sunetra Pawar of the rival NCP. The contest also includes two royals from different branches of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's dynasty. Preventive action was taken against 95,250 people in the state, with items worth Rs 471.89 crore seized.
