Magno receives Palace memo on 'expiration of term'

(UPDATE) FORMER Finance undersecretary Cielo Magno said it was an honor serving the country after receiving a memo on her departure from the Department of Finance (DoF), which said that it was 'neither a resignation or termination' but that her term had 'expired.'
