New Delhi: Three people were arrested after a video showing a woman being forced to walk with a young boy on her shoulders went viral.
A section of the video shows some men prodding and hitting the woman when she is seen slowing down under the weight of the boy. Several children and men are also seen walking with the woman, some with sticks and bats.
