Police have arrested six people after a major operation in Hawke's Bay.
Police have seized $2 million in assets and made six arrests during a major operation in Hawke’s Bay this week.
Fifteen motor vehicles, including a 2020 Range Rover, high-end classic cars, two trucks, four Harley Davidson motorbikes, and a dirt bike, were seized. Also taken was jewellery, a boat, two jet skis, trailers and a digger.
Detective Inspector Rob Jones, Eastern District, said the National Organised Crime Group and Eastern District Police had executed multiple search warrants across Hawke’s Bay during the past three days, as part of Operation Dusk, an 18-month investigation targeting senior members of the Mongrel Mob.
