$2M bail for 15-year-old charged in Cedar Rapids fatal shooting

A judge set a $2 million bail for a 15-year-old charged in the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Michael McCune in February. He is being prosecuted as a youthful offender, which delays his sentencing until he turns 18.
