There is a prolonged scene in which a man beats and rapes a woman in the presence of other people, including a child.
In one scene, a man performs an enforced abortion, cutting a foetus from a woman's stomach below frame before holding it up. There is also some bloody detail.
The film also contains strong disturbing and bloody images including a scene in which a man reaches between a woman's legs below frame and displays his bloodstained hand, as well as some strong threat, scenes of emotional upset and scenes of characters in distress.
