WINTER HAVEN — Luxury apartments are coming to downtown Winter Haven by the end of 2022.
At its meeting Monday night, the Winter Haven Community Redevelopment Agency approved incentives through a developer's agreement that will bring the RainDance project to fruition in the next two years. The incentives were approved at the City Commission meeting later that night as part of the consent agenda.
Michigan-based DevMar Development is partnering with landowner Six/Ten LLC to create a new luxury apartment complex that will cost $25 million to $26 million to build. The multifamily apartment complex will be six stories high and include 105 one- and two-bedroom units renting for about $1,485 and $1,895 a month, respectively.
