LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Named for the movie theater that once stood in its footprint decades earlier, the LUNA Flats, a residential, retail and parking building, held a kick-off event this week for the $20 million Main Street project.
“We see a lot more and more people wanting to be downtown, so we see it as just a nice, next step for people as another opportunity for them to be able to make their home downtown,” project developer Andy Gutwein said.
The five-story building, located at 631 Main St., will feature 98 residential units, ranging from studio to two bedrooms, 112 parking spaces both above and below ground and retail space.
