Luma Projection Arts Festival announces return for 7th year

This announcement comes after taking an in-person hiatus last year due to COVID-19.
Making a return to the festival this year are artists
Max10sity from Budapest, Hungary and Light Harvest from NYC.
New artists making their debut in the festival this year include Mindscape Studio from Bucharest, Romania and Sil Sveta from Moscow, Russia.
Mayor Rich David says he is excited to welcome the festival back to the downtown district.
"This is truly a wonderful event we all work together to make it a reality you know I'm honored to be a part of it, the City of Binghamton is pleased to play a host community to it and I just encourage as many people as possible to show up to it," he said.
