明年公告土地現值、地價調整 中市府將辦11場說明會 - 生活

111年公告土地現值及重新規定地價，將於明年1月1日公告，台中市政府地政局為使市民及各界充分瞭解相關作業情形，今年9月27日起至10月8日止將於台中市各地政事務所辦理11場公開說明會。地政局長吳存金表示，公告土地現值每年辦理1次，作為課徵土地增值稅的依據；重新規定地價每2年辦理1次，作為課徵地價稅的依據。111年1月1日將公告土地現值並重新規定地價，地政局正積極辦理相關前置作業。
