The City of Leduc is working with the Leduc Regional Housing Foundation to pursue federal funding through the Canada Mortgage and Housing Foundation that would see the completion of the second phase of Gaetz Landing.
Council discussed how to city could facilitate the grant process at a special council meeting on Dec. 14. If the funding goes ahead, Gaetz Landing would see an additional 20 units of affordable housing.
