Loyola University 'mishandled and underreported' sex misconduct complaints involving students, lawsuit says

In a lawsuit filed in Cook County circuit court, three women say the university “systemically mishandled and underreported student complaints of sexual misconduct” and “maintained a de facto policy” to “suppress reports of sexual violence and sexual harassment."
