Lower Pottsgrove man, 84, killed wife, 85, over vet bill: police

A Montgomery County man, 84, killed his 85-year-old wife after a fight over a veterinary bill for a cat, police say. Barton Seltmann has been arrested and charged with the first-degree murder of his wife Margaret Seltmann.
