Lower House asked to investigate monopoly of ISPs in communities

Firms that have put up a monopoly for internet services in certain communities but are unable to satisfy clients are partly to blame for the learning difficulties faced by students undertaking distance education due to the effects of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
