Lowell man arrested for firing gun inside garage bay in the Acre

LOWELL — No one was injured, or shot at by a Lowell man who fired multiple rounds from a handgun inside a garage bay in the Acre on April 12 — an incident which the alleged gunman's attorney said was the result of "a person making poor choices."
