Louth contractor who defrauded financing company out of €369k should be jailed, State tells appeal

The fully suspended sentence handed down to a contractor who used fake invoices to defraud a financing company out of €369,000 was too lenient and he should be jailed, the State has argued at the Court of Appeal.
