Notre Dame Academy middle school English teacher Lindsay Wilcox has fulfilled a dream of a lifetime. This week she'll be a contestant on the television game show "Jeopardy."
"I would say this has been one of my life's ambitions," she told The Courier Journal. "I have always loved trivia and knowledge and so I guess you could say I have been preparing for this my entire life."
Wilcox said she was disappointed she wasn't able to compete on "Jeopardy" while Alex Trebeck was still living. The longtime host of the show died in November 2020 after a long battle with cancer. He was 80 years old.
