Louisiana Legislature overrides veto and enacts congressional map favorable to GOP

Louisiana's Legislature overrode Democratic Gov. John Bel Edwards's veto of a congressional redistricting map Wednesday, marking the first time in 31 years a veto has been overridden in the state.
