Louisiana ACLU wants investigation into overdetention as result of anti-LGBTQ+ law

In a letter, the ACLU of Louisiana is asking the U.S. Department of Justice and the Louisiana Department of Public Safety & Corrections to investigate and release those who are being held past their release date as the result of an anti-LGBTQ+ law.
