Lothian mining site owner fined $3,000 for permit violations

Anne Arundel County lawyers and the owner of a mining site in Lothian agreed on a $3,000 fine for violations at the Sands Road facility, where a judge also ordered during a Thursday injunction hearing for remaining junk vehicles to be removed.
