Lost cat found after vandal breaks window at cat cafe

According to Adam Fitzpatrick, the owner of Don’t Stress Meowt Cafe in Oklahoma City, someone threw a rock through the cafe's window, leaving a perfect ‘cat sized’ hole for the feline, named Phoebe, to escape.
