Los Angeles Passes Fair Work Week Ordinance Laws

Los Angeles City Council passed Fair Work Week Ordinance to take effec April 2023. New law imposes requirements on retail employers with respect to scheduling and hiring, similar to predictive scheduling laws in San Francisco, Seattle, New York City, Chicago, Philadelphia.
