Department of National Defense (DND) Secretary Delfin Lorenzana condemned the New People’s Army (NPA), the armed wing of the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP), for its atrocities to the Filipino people as it marks its 53rd founding anniversary on Tuesday, March 29.
